Each participant can only participate in the program once.
- Be a Singapore citizen or Malaysia citizen
- Be 18 to 35 year-old
- Have minimum funds of CAD$2,500 (approximately S$3,000 / RM7,500)
- Show Proof of return air ticket or onwards ticket leaving Canada at the end of the program.
This program runs all year round, based on allocations availability for application.
Update:
This program is currently on hold until further notice due to unforeseen rules and regulations changed in 2019.
This is the decision made by the Canadian government restricting the application to only those countries and nationalities that have bilateral agreements under the International Mobility Program (IMP)/Youth Mobility Arrangements (YMAs), which Malaysia/Singapore is not on the list.
Therefore, Speedwing does not have any allocations for the working holiday Canada under Recognized Organisation (RO), the International Experience Canada (IEC) program offered by the Canada Government.
The Canada working holiday program is ongoing and available with quotas/allocations to be given every year but Malaysians/Singaporeans will no longer be qualified for the application unless otherwise proven again.
Please monitor our Facebook page for future updates on the program should there be any changes (again). Thank you.
